Every residence is a three-bedroom, two-storey home over a private pool level, built with honest materials — timber, lime render, stone and water — and oriented for cross-ventilation, shade and the long view over Chaloklum Bay to Koh Ma. The flagship residence adds an external-access office and a private wellness area.
